Вплив стресових чинників на адаптивні та поведінкові реакції у свиноматок і поросят

У статті наведено дані наукової літератури щодо впливу стресових чинників в сучасних умовах виробництва на організм свиней. Встановлено, що стрес-чинники, які діють пренатально впливають на розвиток плодів і є важливими детермінантами розладів поведінки поросят в подальшому. Умови утримання та годівлі поросних свиноматок відіграють важливу роль у забезпеченні поведінки майбутнього потомства. Стрес свиноматок на пізніх етапах поросності може зумовлювати негативний тривалий вплив на функціонування імунної системи поросят. Це зменшує здатність поросят ефективно захищатися від інфекцій під час молочного періоду та в період відлучення. Зміни в ендокринній та системі нейромедіаторів залежать від гестаційного періоду, при цьому пізній термін вагітності виявляється найбільш чутливою фазою у свиней. Забезпечення оптимальних умов утримання свиноматок і новонароджених поросят є важливою умовою належного розвитку захисних, кормових та поведінкових рефлексів і відповідно реалізації їх продуктивних якостей. Cтресові чинники впливають на свиней і в постнатальному періоді їх розвитку. При цьому головними стресіндукуючими чинниками є умови годівлі, утримання та технологічні прийоми пов’язані з забезпеченням ветеринарного благополуччя. Рання соціальна ізоляція протягом раннього постнатального життя тварин зумовлює стійкі зміни в їх поведінкових реакціях та фізіологічних механізмах адаптації. Утримання тварин у збідненому середовищі може свідчити про наявність у них хронічного стресового стану і відповідно зменшення рівня добробуту та захисних і продуктивних якостей. Одним із методів зменшення стресу і поліпшення добробуту тварин є екологічне збагачення, тобто адаптація середовища утримання відповідно до поведінкових потреб тварин. Екологічне збагачення можна використовувати для запобігання або відновлення фізіологічного гомеостазу та поведінкових розладів у постстресовий період.
